We offer a toddler classroom for children of ages 12 months to 3 years of age. We offer predominantly full-day options. Half-day options are available in special cases and will be discussed with parents in advance. We are open five days a week (Mondays – Friday) and closed on weekends and national holidays.
We are committed to offering toddlers engaging and meaningful activities through stimulating the senses, enriching their vocabulary, teaching them how to use utensils, and promoting other practical life skills.
Our school focuses on children’s internal development by giving them opportunities to develop self-esteem, gain functional independence, and learn decision-making skills. We help the child in their own pursuit of self-support.
We have specifically designed material in our classrooms to support movement and fine motor skills to enhance hand-eye coordination.
Toddlers will learn to serve food and snacks for their peers and take care of their environment. This area provides sensory input and real experiences with the use of real tools.
Our daily schedule starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 05:00 p.m. During the day we incorporate all activities that allow for children to learn and practice their innate desire for learning.
Basic Eligibility Criteria
The school requires that all toddlers go through observational assessment with their assigned teachers.
